1. Overview

This website is operated by The Valley Cards and Collectibles. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases.

3. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or condition grading may occur.

  • Sealed Product: Factory-sealed; no guarantee of specific pulls or card values.
  • Raw Cards: Condition graded using TCG industry standards; sold as-is.
  • Graded Slabs: Authenticated by PSA, BGS, CGC, or equivalent; grades are final.
  • Accessories & Apparel: New unless otherwise stated; sizing and color may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice due to market fluctuations. Payment must be made in full before orders are shipped.

5. Shipping

Orders ship within 3-7 business days after payment clears. Packaging is designed for maximum protection:

  • Raw cards and graded slabs are shipped using corrugated plastic protectors, cellophane bags, painter’s tape, and waterproof bubble mailers.
  • Sealed products are shipped in protective cartons or double-boxed.

Tracking is provided for all orders. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under our Refund Policy, which is available on our website. Certain items are non-returnable, including opened sealed products and cards with condition disputes after delivery.

7. Risk & Liability

Trading card values fluctuate; we do not guarantee future value or investment returns. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our site or products for unlawful purposes, to engage in fraudulent activity, or to violate platform rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, and descriptions, is owned by The Valley Cards and Collectibles or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
