Eligible Returns

• Sealed Product: Returnable within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

• Raw Cards & Graded Slabs: No returns unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.

• Accessories & Apparel: Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or tampered sealed products.

• Cards with condition disputes after delivery.

• Items damaged due to improper handling by the buyer.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

1. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged).

1. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

• Trading card values fluctuate; refunds are based on the original purchase price, not current market value.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
